Historian and straight shooter Memhir Gebrekidan Desta says source of all the problems in Ethiopia is greed of those who wanted to misappropriate Tigrai people’s history, heritage, language, alphabets and other cultural assets.
By robbing Tigrai people’s glorious history the Menelikawian are trying to make themselves legitimate rulers of Ethiopia, but the Ethiopian people are fully aware. He warned the youth of Tigrai should be watching those who are trying to encircle Tigrai.
He added those who praise Emperor Menelik II are shameful worshiping a false and treasonous history as something people should be proud of.
